This is 1 on 1 virtual coaching It is a practice session As an accomplished coach, I give coaching to you on skills that need to be created and honed, offers situational guidance, and goes about as a sounding board to let you know how far you can sharpen your communication skills. Online Course Objective To assist increase self-awareness, tap into your strengths, correct the deficiencies and engage you to turn into the communicator you need to be. Course Content This one-on-one coaching is customized to the necessities of the person via rehearsing to speak on a general subject. A direction note will be given to you to help and practice. During the session, you will get orientation on how to practice, organize your thoughts rapidly and adequately. What You Learn Communication Skills couching will help you to: 1.Understand what makes a good communicator 2.Identify the key points that will communicate your message most effectively. 3.Learn to control nerves, identify the effects of ‘nerves’ on your ability to present and deal with common fears 4.Learn how to develop ideas and understand the various communication techniques, styles etc. involved 5.Develop confidence when speaking in front of an audience 6.Finally be aware of your own individual strengths and weaknesses in speaking One-on-One (face to face); One-to-few (group); One-to-many (public) and how you can use your own style to best advantage. Language: English Coaching Duration Initially 30 minutes. But depending on desire and/or needs, progress made extra time might be suggested by the instructor. Who can attend?
