Welcome to the ICSI Hyderabad Chapter Anthology 2026, an independent commemorative editorial initiative inspired by the legacy, people, and collective journey of the Hyderabad Chapter and the evolution of the Company Secretary profession.

This anthology seeks to preserve the memories, experiences, professional journeys, institutional contributions, and personal reflections of individuals who have been associated with the Hyderabad Chapter over the years.

An Anthology is similar to a commemorative souvenir or special magazine in which stories and reflections from many contributors are brought together in a single publication. This project will be published as  digital anthology (eBook/PDF), with a curated print edition being considered separately.​

Whether you are a member, student, faculty member, current or former member of Managing Committee, ICSI employee, volunteer, mentor, trainer, or well-wisher, your association with the Hyderabad Chapter forms a valuable part of its living history.

How You Can Participate
You may participate in either of the following ways.

 

A. Contribute Your Story
You do not need to be a professional writer. Your experiences, memories, and reflections are more important than literary style.

Share your memories, experiences, and professional reflections related to the Hyderabad Chapter or the Company Secretary profession.

B. Send a Greeting or Message

You are warmly invited to send:
1. A congratulatory message on the ICSI Hyderabad Chapter Anthology 2026 initiative.
2. A blessing or goodwill message to the contributors and the Hyderabad Chapter community.
3. A message for the Editor or future readers of the Anthology.
4. Any thought or reflection you wish to share about the Hyderabad Chapter on the eve of the inauguration of its new building on 23 August 2026.

You have two options for sending your message:

Option 1 — Message through eMail.
Enter a message of up to 300 words in the message box.

Option 2 — Signed Message on Letterhead
You may provide your message on your official/personal letterhead, duly signed, and attach a scanned copy to the eMail (PDF/JPG | Maximum file size: 2 MB).

 

Editorial Note:
The Editor may use the message as a filler, introductory page, acknowledgement, or other front matter, depending on the requirements of the Anthology. The Editor retains full discretion regarding acceptance, placement, editing, and publication of the message.

 

Communication Form Closed
The Communication Form was open from 13 August to 19 August 2026 and has now been closed after receiving an overwhelming response.

The Editor is now processing the contributor records and moving into the article-submission and editorial stage.

If you have already registered through the Communication Form, please await or respond to the Editor's email regarding your article and supporting materials.

AI-Assisted Oral History Interview

Article Submission Option B — AI-Assisted Interview has been temporarily withdrawn due to technical difficulties.
Contributors who have already registered are currently requested to proceed through Article Submission Option A — Written Article by Email.
If AI-assisted submission becomes available again, the Editor will communicate separately with eligible contributors.

The Communication Form was used to register interest and establish communication with the Editor. Contributors who registered are now being contacted regarding article submission and supporting materials.​​​​​​​

After receiving registration  acknowledgement, please proceed to submit the following by Email.

• Approximately 600–900 words

• One recent profile photograph

• Two best activity photographs

• Business card/professional proof, or latest CV if the contributor does not wish to provide a business card

• Complete LinkedIn profile URL, if available
