"Career Boost: 9 Certification Advantages," my popular book, just went from being digital to printed!
Do you remember when I released the Kindle version? ( https://www.suryanarayana.com/blogs-post/am-now-best-selling-author-on-amazon ) But I had to see it in the glory of ink and paper, so I went on a book journey.
I can tell you that turning a Kindle book into a real book is not easy. It took three months of careful editing and changes. But finally, I had a real copy of my book in my hands. I worked with a great Print on Demand (POD) service called Pothi (they also helped me with my first book SelfMotivation111!).
"Career Boost" needs to be checked for quality first before it can be sold on Amazon or Flipkart. From the cover art to the tiny commas inside, POD producers make sure everything looks great. So, I uploaded my polished files (interior formatting by a pro, final proofread by a hawk-eyed eagle, and a stunning cover designed just right) and crossed my fingers.
Ten days later, the magic happened! A friendly Bluedart courier delivered my very own "approval copy." And let me tell you, unwrapping that package was like witnessing a book baby's birth! My heart overflowed with joy.
I couldn't help but take a picture with my new book because I was so impressed with every page, inside and out. Putting the book in my hands after writing the first word and seeing how well it did on Kindle has been a wild ride. The cover is even better than I thought it would be. The writing is clear, and the layout is perfect. I can finally breathe a sigh of relief!
The journey isn't over yet, though! My book baby has arrived in style. On today, February 14, 2024, the auspicious Hindu festivity "Vasantha Panchami," we released the newly printed book through Amazon and Flipkart in India during a pooja to honour Saraswathi Devi.
