[MemoirBlogthon#4] To honor my parents' 2008 milestones, we published a 15-page Telugu booklet documenting their life as a generational blueprint. Telugu titled "Susarla Phalasruthi" (The fruit of the Susarla family tree), which was distributed to all 300+ guests as a welcome gift. The book covered their education, careers, spiritual achievements, and the entire Susarla family tree. The creation of the book was a collaborative effort, involving meticulous interviews with my parents and contributions from a renowned artist and family members. The book acted as a generational blueprint, ensuring the transmission of their achievements and values through a tangible document.

• Foundation: Birth and wedding dates and the concepts of the two celebrated events (Sahasra Chandra Darshana and Vivaha Shastyabdi).

• Career & Learning: Details of my father's engineering education, government service, professional endeavors, and two visits to Australia.

• Values & Hobbies: Information on their common interests—music, radio listening, and the unique habit of writing individual diaries for each of their children.

• Legacy: A formal record of the Susarla family's lineage, including a detailed family tree and acknowledgments.

The back cover featured a powerful saying that captured the ethical 'why' behind the entire celebration: "The light of the peaks you have achieved as individuals will illuminate generations to come..."
